Ukrainian version for desktop is out

Until now, MyLifeOrganized task manager for Windows did not have a Ukrainian version. We've finally fixed this annoying flaw and just added it to our website. Let it be our present to our Ukrainian users for the Independence Day💛💙.

Additionally, we've reworked the MLO desktop to support even more languages in the future (including input parsing on that language). And, of course, we started with the Ukrainian version.
